How Aitva uses the data

Aitva uses the data only to respond to your inquiry: to contact you, answer questions and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.

Aitva does not sell your data or use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Who receives the data

Inquiries are delivered by email via the Resend email delivery service. With your consent, visit statistics are processed by Google Analytics. The website is hosted by a hosting provider. These providers process the data only as needed to provide their service.

How long the data is kept

Aitva keeps inquiry data for up to 12 months after the last contact, or until you ask for it to be deleted — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data. Write to info@tkan.lt — Aitva will reply within 30 days.

If you believe your data is handled improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
