Frequently asked questions

Why Odoo and not another system?

Odoo connects CRM, sales, inventory, invoicing and other processes in one system. The main value appears when several teams use the same data instead of retyping it by hand.

Is Odoo a fit for a small company?

Yes, if you want to move at least one important task from spreadsheets or several tools into one system. You can start with one or two modules. For a simple task, a smaller tool may be enough.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the amount of work. One or two modules may take a few weeks, while an implementation with data migration and integrations may take several months. We state a more accurate timeline in the proposal.

Who delivers the work?

We discuss the requirements, configure Odoo and do the core development work ourselves. If the project needs another specialist or a larger team, we will tell you before work starts.

Do I need to buy Odoo licenses?

Odoo Community can be used without Enterprise user licences. Hosting, implementation, custom modules and support are paid services. If an Enterprise-only feature is needed, we assess it separately.

Can I start with a single module?

Yes. We can start with CRM or invoicing, for example, and add other modules when they are needed.

Do you work with an existing Odoo setup?

Yes. We can take over, fix or extend an existing Odoo deployment with integrations, automation or maintenance.

Does AI use company data safely?

It depends on the solution and data. Before automating, we assess what information is passed, where it is stored and whether AI is worth using for the process at all.

How is the maintenance scope defined?

We consider the modules in use, number of employees, required response time and planned changes. The proposal states what work is covered and how quickly we will respond.
